Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using SalonFlow (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
SalonFlow is a salon management platform that provides appointment booking, client management, marketing tools, WhatsApp messaging, and social media integrations for salon businesses.
3. Your account
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Send spam or unsolicited messages to clients who have opted out.
- Post content to social media accounts you do not own or have permission to use.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
- Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.
5. Social media integrations
When you connect your Instagram or Facebook account, you authorise SalonFlow to publish content to those accounts on your behalf. You are solely responsible for the content distributed through your account. You must comply with Meta’s terms of service and community standards at all times.
6. WhatsApp messaging
You are responsible for ensuring that your clients have consented to receive WhatsApp marketing messages from your salon. You must honour all opt-out requests immediately. SalonFlow provides opt-out management tools — it is your responsibility to use them.
7. Client data
You own the client data you enter into SalonFlow. By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not use your client data for any other purpose.
8. Payments and billing
Subscription fees are charged according to your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to suspend access to the Service if payment is overdue.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SalonFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or failed social media posts.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
